The Jersey Cash 5 ticket from the Monday, Oct. 19 drawing matched all five numbers drawn, which were 13, 20, 24, 29, and 38. The XTRA number was 02.
The ticket was sold at Top Shelf Wine & Liquor, 1 Raymond Plaza West, located inside of Newark Penn Station.
The retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for the winning ticket sold.
